Paul Bergman (www.wcpconsulting.com) contributed a great article to the book The Keys to Our Success entitled “Scalability and Common Sense: Key Ingredients for Success” In his chapter he reminds us that every tool we use needs to be applied with common sense – scaled up or down to meet the needs of the particular moment in the project. Scheduling software is the best example: sometimes all we need is a spreadsheet or even just piece of lined paper. A great read.
