When was the last time you approached an employee, team member or peer and said 'thanks for a job well done' or 'you make a great contribution to the team - we really appreciate you'?

When was the last time you approached an employee, team member or peer and said ‘thanks for a job well done’ or ‘you make a great contribution to the team – we really appreciate you’?   This is not something we hear very often and we should.  Everyone needs to feel appreciated.
