Connect! And Stay Connected

Managing Your Most Important Asset – Relationship Portfolio Management

A guide to mastering the art and science of connecting with people, staying connected and managing those connections to better yourself and your job!

This presentation could easily be called Relationship Portfolio Management – the art and science of managing our relationships.

As we manage our financial portfolios, so too might we manage our portfolio of relationships. Your portfolio of relationships consists of relationships with people: professional and personal, simple acquaintances and true sole mates, drinking buddies and friends from church, your child’s friends and your best friend’s friends, your boss and employees, your clients and your suppliers.

Managing this portfolio is all about how you manage these relationships.  How you build them and develop them.  How to leverage them to create something new in your life or in other’s lives – to the benefit (financial or otherwise) of yourself or others.  And it’s even about how to get rid of them – you know, those high maintenance relationships.

Key Take-Aways:

– How to create and manage relationships in your job and your Life
– How to make your ‘Portfolio of Relationships’ work for you.
– How to build your network to succeed in business and in life.
